End of the 2023-2024 Volunteer Year

Our 2023-2024 volunteer year ends soon and we would like to recap on the activities and events we did this year. We started the year with a small group as we gradually began to recruit more members into our leadership team. To fund our events for our events, we had a huge fundraiser where we baked a variety of snacks for the people from our church to enjoy. After, a successful fundraiser we had raised $430 which we used to make food packing events like nutritious sandwiches and some were given to the Kids Against Hunger organization. Our efforts towards clothing drives and fair trade sales benefitted our community is many ways. Kids were in need to resources were given the clothes we received as donations and fair trades expanded the unknown handmade items that spread the cultural products. We hope to expand our organization with much more events and members for our upcoming community service year!
